ข้อแนะนำในการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การสอบ
1.
นักศึกษาไม่ควรดูเฉลยทันทีขณะลงมือทำ ควรปิดส่วนเฉลยด้านล่างไว้ก่อน แล้วลองลงมือทำเอง จากนั้นค่อยมาดูกันว่าเราทำถูกหรือไม่ พร้อมจดบันทึกคะแนนเอาไว้ด้วยค่ะ
2.
ในรอบแรก นักศึกษาควรลองทำข้อสอบโดยไม่ใช้พจนานุกรม เพราะในข้อสอบจะมีสิ่งที่เรียกว่า Contextual clues หรือ ข้อความแวดล้อม หรือบริบทที่จะเป็นตัวช่วยให้เราเดาความหมายของคำนั้นๆ ได้ค่ะ
ตัวอย่าง: I am hungry, I need something to eat! เดาได้ว่า hungry = หิว เพราะต้องการของกิน
3.
คู่มือเตรียมความพร้อมฯ มี 2 ฉบับ นักศึกษาควรอ่านให้ครบทั้ง 2 ฉบับ และควรทบทวนก่อนการสอบอย่างน้อย 3 – 4 รอบ พยายามสังเกต ทำความเข้าใจ และจดจำสถานการณ์ ไวยากรณ์ และเทคนิคต่างๆ ให้ได้มากที่สุด นอกจากนี้ ควรศึกษาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมจากสื่อ หรือตำราอื่นๆ ด้วยนะคะ
